I study how deep research agents search, and not just what they answer: what they retrieve, how they rephrase a query, whether they admit doubt. I measure this when the evidence is unreliable, and train models that cope with it better.

Applied work: helping support functions (HR, finance, legal) rethink their processes around generative AI.
Research: adapting LLMs to the telecoms domain and to low-resource languages.

Worked alongside researchers on NLP methods and the web interfaces to explore their results: semantic similarity, text classification and simplification, abstractive summarization, clustering, dimensionality reduction, prompting.
